• Has full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Malaysian law.
• Not currently serving a self-exclusion period requested through BC Games or any recognised gambling exclusion programme.

BC Games reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure compliance with eligibility requirements. Players found to be ineligible may be restricted, and their account balances may be subject to further review before any withdrawal is processed.

3.1 Account Registration

Players found to hold more than one account ("duplicate accounts") may have all associated accounts suspended immediately, with winnings and balances forfeited and permanent access to BC Games revoked. • If a match is postponed and does not resume within 24 hours, all pre-match bets will be refunded to players.
• For in-play betting, odds are live and change by the second. BC Games reserves the right to temporarily suspend in-play bet acceptance during critical moments of a match to ensure odds accuracy.
• Tournament/outright winner — if a tournament is cancelled in its entirety, all outright bets will be refunded. If the tournament concludes partially with an officially declared winner, that result will stand.
• BC Games reserves the right to void bets suspected of involving match-fixing or sports fraud. Winnings from such bets will not be paid out.

7.1 Cash Out Feature

The Cash Out feature allows players to settle active bets before a match ends. The cash out value is determined by BC Games' algorithm based on current odds and match conditions. BC Games reserves the right to suspend the cash out feature for specific matches without notice. The cash out value offered is final once the player accepts it.

The BC Games VIP Rewards Programme consists of five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Tier progression is calculated based on a player's cumulative total wagers on the BC Games platform. Weekly cashback is credited every Monday based on net bets placed in the previous week.

• VIP cashback is calculated based on net wagering (total bets minus total winnings) for the period from Monday 00:01 to Sunday 23:59 MYT.
• VIP cashback carries no rollover requirements and can be withdrawn directly.
• BC Games reserves the right to adjust cashback rates, tier thresholds, or VIP benefits by giving at least 7 days' notice before the changes take effect.
• Accounts inactive for more than 90 consecutive days will have their weekly cashback suspended until gaming activity resumes.
• BC Games reserves the right to revoke the VIP status of any account found to be in breach of these terms.

Use of the BC Games platform is subject to strict rules of conduct. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all winnings, and a permanent ban from the platform:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's identity to register.
• Using automated software (bots), auto-decision tools, or any other method to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Manipulating or attempting to manipulate game outcomes, odds, or the BC Games system through any technical means.
• "Bonus abuse" — registering multiple accounts or coordinating with other players to exploit bonuses in an unauthorised manner.
• Money laundering — using the BC Games platform as a channel to conceal the origins of illegally obtained funds.
• Using the BC Games platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment.
• Abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behaviour towards the BC Games support team.

10.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your BC Games account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing support@bcgames-vip.net. Before closing, please ensure all pending withdrawals have been processed and that your account balance is zero or has been transferred out.

10.2 Closure by BC Games

BC Games reserves the right to suspend or close any player account without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe the player has violated any part of these terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so in order to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

10.3 Account Balance Upon Closure

For voluntary closures, any valid account balance will be returned to the player once the review process is complete. For closures due to a terms violation, BC Games reserves the right to hold the account balance while an investigation is ongoing. Winnings obtained through means that violate these terms are not eligible for return.
